Refund policy

Change of mind
If you'd like to swap or return an item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Return postage is paid by the customer. Once we receive the item we'll issue an exchange, store credit or refund to your original payment method.

Wrong size
Happy to swap sizes. Just get in touch and we'll sort it out (subject to stock).

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us with a photo and your order number and we'll repair, replace or refund it, including return postage. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to return
Email [your email] with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll send you the return address and instructions.
